It's no secret that Houston’s shelters are overwhelmed. Houston's warm climate allows animals to breed year-round, and the lack of strict spay and neuter laws exacerbates the issue, leading to overcrowded shelters and high euthanasia rates. That's why we've made it our life's mission to get as many pets out as possible. Without these transports, thousands of pets remain trapped in shelters with limited space and resources.

Last year alone, we spent about $80,000 on fuel. But, with fuel prices sky high, we are at risk of having to say no to animals in need. Currently, we're spending about $885 for a round trip to Denver, $842 for a roundtrip to Chicago, and a staggering $1900 for a roundtrip to Seattle!

We can’t keep rescuing without your support. Unlike a traditional rescue, we don't get adoption fees to help fund our life-saving work. We have to rely on donations from people like you who care as much as we do about saving these helpless lives.
