WHAT IS A RPM SUPERHERO?
A RPM SuperHero is committed to donating a recurring amount on a monthly, quarterly, or biannual basis, which helps our organization sustain our life-saving mission of rescuing, rehabilitating, and transporting Texas death-row cats and dogs to their new beginnings.
RPM’S LIFE-SAVING MODEL
It’s simple: Unfortunately, Houston has a high number of homeless pets, so RPM sends them to rescues across North America where there is a need for adoptable dogs and cats.
We give Houston’s homeless animals a second chance by saving them from ‘death row’ at shelters across the greater Houston Metro area, sometimes literally minutes from euthanasia. After their freedom ride from the shelter, we place them in loving, short-term foster homes. During this time, many pets received crucial rehabilitation and medical care they lacked while living on the streets. We’re partnered with reputable animal welfare organizations locally and across the country and in Canada where adoptable pets are in high demand. We then transport the saved, healed, and happy pets to those partners who place them in their “furever” homes!

RPM is funded through generous contributions, large and small, from caring people like you. When you donate to RPM, you can take pride in the fact that your funds are going directly to the animals’ care, including food, supplies, medical care, and transportation costs. RPM recently met a major milestone that we’re extremely proud of - we have saved more than 87,000 homeless animals since 2013!!! We couldn’t have accomplished this without our RPM nation of sponsors, donors, foster families, and volunteers.
